| Abstract | The paper presents the use of cialit-preserved cancellous bone in the treatment of bony defects produced by cystectomy. Special attention is devoted to the process of conservation and behaviour of the graft in the organism. Cialit-preserved cancellous bone as a graft material is compared with autologous bone. Problems attending the use of hydroxyapatite are discussed. | |
