Abstract | Tek je povezan z visoko prevalenco preobremenitvenih sindromov oz. tekaških poškodb. Tekaške obremenitve so specifične in se razlikujejo od obremenitev pri drugih športih, zato so preventivni ukrepi za preprečevanje poškodb pri teku še posebej pomembni. V članku opisujemo najznačilnejše poškodbe pri teku, dejavnike tveganja, ki vodijo do njih, s poudarkom na spremembi telesne vadbe, in podajamo smernice za preprečevanje poškodb pri teku.Running is associated with high prevalence of overuse-related syndromes and running injuries. The loads placed in various body structures associated with running are specific and differ from the loads encountered in other sports. This emphasises the need for specific injury prevention measures in running. This article aims to describe the most common injuries associated with running and risk factors that lead to this injuries as well as changes that are required in physical activity. We provide guidelines to prevent injury during running. | |
