Abstract     Sports climbing is a style of rock climbing where someone ascents only by using the power of hands and feet. The tendons of finger flexors are extremely loaded and that is why most of injuries happen in this particular area. The most common site of injury is so called A2 pulley of the fourth finger. An acute injury represents itself often just as the final stage of accumulation of chronical changes of the particular structure. Treatment is conservative in most cases. In order to avoid the injury of the teenager it is necessary to design the training schedule regarding the unique structure of his/her body.
