Abstract		Zdravljenje zastrupitev z mamili pri otrocih je lahko zelo težavno. Anamneza o zlorabi je pogosto pomanjkljiva, diagnostične možnosti so velikokrat omejene, zastrupitve pa je lahko povzročilo zaužitje več drog hkrati. Zdravljenje je večinoma simptomatsko, antidot pa imamo le za heroin. Zastrupitve z mamili so pri majhnih otrocih sorazmerno redke in večinoma nenamerne. Pri mladostnikih prevalenca zastrupitev strmo narašča, pogostejše so pri moških. Kanabis, heroin, kokain, met/amfetamini, gamahidroksibutirat in dietilamid lisergične kisline so najpogostejše prepovedane droge, zaradi katerih prihaja do zastrupitev, potrebnih zdravniške obravnave. Scena na področju drog je v stalnem razvoju. Na trg v zadnjih letih prihajajo številne nove, manj poznane substance, ki nas v primeru zastrupitve lahko postavijo pred nove dileme.The management of intoxications with illicit drugs in children can be very challenging. The history of abuse is often incomplete, the diagnostic possibilities are limited, and intoxication can be caused by the simultaneous consumption of several drugs. The treatment is mostly symptomatic, with an antidote only being available for heroin or opiates. Intoxication with illicit drugs is relatively rare and usually unintentional in small children. The incidence rapidly increases in adolescence, especially in men. Cannabis, heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine, amphetamine, gamma-hydroxybutyrate and LSD are the most frequent illicit drugs that can lead to intoxication requiring medical treatment. The development of new substances is very fast, resulting in numerous new, less known substances, which can present new dilemmas in case of intoxication.
