Abstract		In Germany a doctor on duty has at least 620000 times a year urgently driving to an injured person, and each five to six minutes to a place of traffic accident. Each employed person suffers during his professional life two injuries, resulting in the absence from work for more than three days, and each twelfth person must take into account one severe, dangerous to life injury at work. The article includes instructions for first aid in a factory.
