| Abstract | In the time when Slovenian physicans are leaving health centres to open private surgeries in neighbourships, in Great Britain the opposite process is in progress. British physicians are developing health centres based on fundholding system. The policy of Mrs. Margareth Thatcher discovered and revaluated experiences from the last 40 years. This article tends to be purely informative and gives us a chance to start reconsidering the intended reorganization before everything we have obtained in the past years will be destroyed. | |
