Abstract     Teoretična izhodišča: Z dokazi podprta zdravstvena nega je pomembna za razvoj in napredek v zdravstveni negi. Visokošolski zavodi s področja zdravstvene nege naj vključujejo vsebine s področja na dokazih podprte zdravstvene nege za pridobivanje ustreznih kompetenc bodočih diplomantov. Metoda: Kvalitativna raziskava je bila izvedena s pomočjo analize pisnih elektronskih virov, kjer so bili pregledani slovenski študijski programi 1., 2. in 3. stopnje s področja zdravstvene nege za študijsko leto 2017/2018. Izveden je bil pregled ciljnih študijskih predmetnikov, ki so vsebovali v naslovu in opisu študijskega predmeta ključne besede in njihove kombinacije: dokazi, kritično razmišljanje, raziskovanje, metodologija, znanstveno. Obdobje pregleda javno dostopnih elektronskih podatkov je potekalo od 1. 2. 2018 - 16. 4. 2018. V analizo so bili vključeni vsi visokošolski zavodi s programi s področja zdravstvene nege. Rezultati: Analiza osmih visokošolskih zavodov s področja zdravstvene nege v Sloveniji je pokazala, da glede na javno dostopne podatke na spletu nimajo vsi študijski programi visokošolskih zavodov v svojih kurikulumih vključenih vsebin s področja z dokazi podprte zdravstvene nege, in da predvsem na 1. stopnji prihaja do zelo različnih obsegov tako v urah kot v ECTS. Večja je zastopanost študijskih predmetnikov na podiplomski stopnji. Učni načrti na vseh visokošolskih zavodih niso javno dosegljivi. Razprava: Vsebine s področja z dokazi podprte zdravstvene nege so pomemben del izobraževalnega procesa, ki morajo biti ustrezno umeščene v kurikulume, saj le tako lahko dosegamo in zagotavljamo visoko stopnjo varnosti pacientov in razvoj profesije zdravstvene nege. Menimo, da je potrebno poenotenje vsebin s področja z dokazi podprte zdravstvene nege med vsemi visokošolskimi zavodi ter javna dosegljivost učnih načrtov.Theoretical background: Evidence-based nursing is important for the development and advancement in nursing care. Higher education institutions in the field of nursing should include content from the field of evidence-based nursing to acquire the appropriate competencies of future graduates. Method: The qualitative design of the research was carried out through the analysis of written electronic sources, where the Slovenian study programs of 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree in nursing care for the academic year 2017/2018 were reviewed. An overview of targeted study curriculum that included key words and combinations in the title and description of the study course evidence, critical thinking, research, methodology, scientific were conducted. The period of review took place from 1 February 2018 to 16 April 2018. All the higher education institutions with health care programs were included in the analysis. Results: An analysis of eight higher education institutions in the field of nursing in Slovenia showed that according to publicly available data on the Internet, not all study programs in their curriculum include content from the field of evidence- based nursing. There are big variations in both hours and ECTS points, particularly on the 1st degree. Greater representation of the study curriculums is at the postgraduate level. Syllabuses at all higher education institutions are not publicly available. Discussion: Contents on evidence-based nursing are an important part of the educational process, which must be properly placed in the curriculum, as this is the only way to achieve and ensure a high level of patient safety and the development of a nursing profession. We believe that it is necessary to unify content from the field of evidence-based nursing among all higher education institutions and to provide the public availability of syllab uses.
