Abstract     Teoretična izhodišča: Med poklicno sodelovanje različnih izvajalcev v sistemu zdravstvenega varstva okrepi celotni sistem, poveča zadovoljstvo pacientov ter izboljša izide zdravljenja. Postaja tudi nuja, saj nobena poklicna skupina ne more celostno zadovoljiti potrebe pacienta. Metoda: Uporabljena je bila pripovedna integrativna analiza kvantitativnih in kvalitativnih podatkov. Iskanje literature je potekalo po elektronskih podatkovnih bazah Cochrane Library; Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL) in PubMed z uporabo ključnih besed po sistemu PICO, Boolova operaterja AND in OR ter MeSH. Uporabljeni so bili omejitveni kriteriji: leto objave oziroma obdobje objave (od 2012 do april 2018), angleški jezik, ljudje, meta analize, pregledi, sistematični pregledi in znanstveni pregledi. Od prvotnega nabora 71 zadetkov so bili v končno analizo vključeni 3 članki. Rezultati: Identificirali smo več konceptov, ki opredeljujejo med poklicno sodelovanje. To so dobra politika, organizacijska kultura, sodobno vodeno timsko delo, skrb za vodenje kakovosti, odprta komunikacija, priznanje vloge posameznih poklicnih skupin in v pacienta usmerjena celostna obravnava. Razprava: Ravno med poklicno sodelovanje pomembno vpliva na vse člane zdravstvenega tima, zadovoljstvo zaposlenih ter kakovostno in varno zdravstveno obravnavo.Introduction: During the inter-professional collaboration of various professional groups in the healthcare system, the whole system is strengthened, patient satisfaction is improved, and the results of treatment improved. It also becomes a necessity because no professional group can fully meet the needs of the patient. Method: A narrative integrative analysis of quantitative and qualitative data was used. The search for literature was carried out using electronic databases of the Cochrane Library; Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL) and PubMed using key words after PICO system, Boolean AND, OR and MeSH. Limit criteria were used: year of publication or publication period (from 2012 to April 2018), English language, people, meta-analysis, reviews, systematic reviews and scientific reviews. From the original set of 71 hits, 3 articles were included in the final analysis. Results: We identified several concepts that define inter-professional collaboration. These are good policies, organizational culture, modern teamwork, care for quality management, open communication, recognition of the role of individual professional groups and patient-oriented healthcare. Discussion: Inter-professional collaboration has a significant impact on all members of the various professional groups in team, employee satisfaction and quality and safety of healthcare.
