Abstract		The paper describes an application of the machine learning methods to classification of benign and malign lesions. The methods used a set of features and were shown to outperform standard classification methods in terms of sensitivity and specificity. At the same time the methods have shown excellent agreement with each of the human readers in the visual evaluation group, significantly better than the agreement within the group.
