Abstract     Interactions between microclimate features, seasons and hematologic profile of dairy cows were established. The variation of CO2 concentration between the different seasons was highly significant ( P less th. 0.00001). The variation of summer and winter ammonia concentrations was significant, too. Differences of summer vs. winter mean values of all parameters concerning hematology and biochemistry of dairy cows in the tested stables were significant. The variation between winter and summer RBC was highly significant (P less th. 0.00001).
