Abstract		In Ljubljana there were 22 casualties because of overdosing narcotics in years 1991 to 1994. From 1/1/1994 to 30/4/1995 doctors of General Emergency Department intervened in 16 cases of overdosed addicts, who have taken drugs intravenously. In this contribution two successful interventions are being shown, when two female patients have regained consciousness shortly after having been given the injection of Narcanti prior to arrival to the Medical Emergency Department. Considering this we recommend that every doctor's bag should contain naloxon and flumazenil.
