Abstract		If we want to keep up with development of emergency medicine we have to use modern equipment, including scoop stretcher. Continuity of education and testing of our knowledge are very important. Characteristics of an EMS rescuer should be professional knowledge, personal values, mature personality and a gift to work with people.
