Abstract | The subregional Slovenian hospital, its mission and aims within its gravitational area are presented. The work extent of several years and strengths and weaknesses of the present state of organization are shown. Owing to the changed circumstances in the activity of public institutions - in 1992 they faced for the first time after the second world war legal competition on the domain of health services - it is neceassary to prepare the programmes of strategic and market management which well deal with the services from compulsory health insurance and the services which could be marketed. Subregional hospitals operate inside regions where there are also regional hospitals. Their activity is as a rule limited to the consumers of closer environment, but there are cases when a bearer of certain activity in subregional hospital, owing to his exceptional knowledge or request of consumers for his services, competes with his colleagues in regional hospital. The methodology of programme guided strategic and market management is presented. Some programmes are already prepared, some are still in the process of preparation, whilethe rest are still in the phase of planning. | |
Summary | Pričujoči zapis predstavi subregijsko slovensko bolnišnico, njeno poslanstvo in cilje, ki jih opravlja v svojem gravitacijskem območju. Prikazan je nekajletni obseg dela ter prednosti in slabosti sedanje organiziranosti. Zaradi spremenjenih razmer delovanja javnih zavodov, ki se po letu 1992 prvič po drugi svetovni vojni srečali z legalno konkurenco na področju zdravstvenih storitev, je potrebno pripraviti programe strateškega in tržnega managementa, ki bodo obravnavali storitve iz obveznega zdravstvenega zavarovanja ter storitve, ki jih bomo lahko tržili. Subregijske bolnišnice delujejo znotraj regij, kjer je že regijska bolnišnica. Praviloma se njihovo delovanje omejuje na porabnike ožjega okolja. So pa primeri, ko nosilec določene dejavnosti v subregijski bolnišnici lahko zaradi svojega izjemnega znanja ali povpraševanja porabnikov po njegovih storitvah konkurira svojim kolegom v regijski bolnišnici. Pričujoči zapis prikazuje metodologijo programsko vodenega strateškega in tržnega managementa. Nekater programe imamo že dokončane, nekateri so v pripravi, ostale pa še načrtujemo. | |
