Abstract		The article mentiones all main problems which appear in different levels of using different SW as support to work of GP and specialists in primary medical care. Doctors comments are mentioned the conditions which have to be fullfield to meet doctor's needs. The aims of further computerisation in primary health care are given. The rewiev of medical documentation used in primary medical care is presented and their new aspect when used computerized. The author points out the problem of standardisation of anamnesis, statuses, nomenclature and classifications in medicine. The problem of daily input and storage of information can be solved by using available comp. technology. The author gives some solutions and presents how medical documentation can be transfered into comp. by SW SOVA-primary health care and show that there is no need for duplicating of med. documentation.
