| Abstract | This article describes different levels of use of computers in primary health care in out-patient service. A comparison of classical and computerized approach has been given. Different kinds of secret are described (professional, official, personal). There is a definition of doctor's secret and the idea of professionally dealt secret. The differences which occur in classical and computerized environment are pointed out, advantages of the latest are presented. | |
