| Abstract | The article deals with the quality of computer HW and SW products - their production, delivery and maintenance International experiences are gathered into standards and have to be recognised by buyers and sellers. Besides this two there is a third part - a neutral institution - which tests issues certificate of quality for certain computer product according to standard. Nowdays in Slovenia only Hipokrat - program for outpatient service - has the Certificate of Quality. | |
