Abstract		The project of uniformity of the Health Information System was built up on the demands and recommendations of the ministry of Health and WHO. The recommendations and experience acquired from the use of Drugs Data Base program were respected, too. the functions that have been considred are: issuing and cancellation of permissions for drugs circulation, drugs providing for pharmacy, dispensing of drugs. The problems of ciphers, forms and adequate instructions have to be regulated by law and organizatorally and financially supported.
