Abstract		The article describes the usage of computer in primary health service and clinical treatment for administrative purposes. Adequate SW solutions are given according to authority of members of team in process of patient's treatment, according to author's opinion installing of computer only for needs of nurse must be exception nowdays. Computers should be used by both - doctors and nurses - simultaneously and SW solutions of transfer of medical documentation should be stan-dardized adequately protected. If not so, there is a question of quality of medical statistic and invoicing of services.
