| Abstract | The article deals with the concept of euthanasia and presents a short survey of attitudes towards it throughout history. Criminal and legal problems concerning euthanasia and the differences regarding other criminal acts are described and attitudes towards it in different legal systems in comparison with the Slovene legal system presented. | |
