Abstract		The echographic image of 148 solid breast tumors was analysed. Among them were 52 carcinomas and 95 benign tumors. Echomammographic sensitivity for breast carcinoma was 84.3 pct., specificity 97.9 pct. and accuracy 93.1 pct. The presence of the combination of individual echographic criteria was analysed. The criteria were defined as mild, moderate and strict. On the basis of results thus obtained, the curve of specificity and sensitivity was constructed by changig the combination of the diagnostic criteria.
