Abstract     Mathematical model was developed to describe tumour growth after different therapies. The comparative study of four different models showed that the Gompertz one was the most convenient for fitting the data of fibrosarcoma SA-1 tumours growing in mice. The empirical three-compartment model was used to describe the pharmacokinetical properties of the anticancer drug bleomycin. The mass of bleomycin in the tumour compartment was indirectly introduced into Gompertz model in order to describe the tumour growth after chemotherapy. Influences of the applied electrotherapy were introduced in a similar way. In the last step the model was modified in a way that allowed the study of level of interaction of both therapies when combined.
