Abstract		Much has been said and written on accuracy of data, contained in medical records. Yet, an expert still often faces incomplete or inaccurate records of patient's hystory, physical examination, nature of injury and treatment. The paper refers to a source some common flaws in medical records during hospital treatment, as well as records made by general practitioners or dentists.
