Abstract		The scanning slit radiography apparatus with a special radiographic grid makes possible X-ray imaging with a greater reduction of transmitted scatter at an enchanced transmission transmission of primary X-ray radiation, thus the image contrast is improved. The construction of the radiographic grid in the scanning slit radiography apparatus completely prevents the constituting of the image of the grid stripts. In addition the patient's exposure to radiation is reduced as a higher tube tension imaging technique should be used.
