Abstract     The sit-to-stand motion of 18 healthy subjects 22 to 24 years old and one patient was evaluated using force plate and optotrak sistem. Kinematic data collected by optotrak and ground reaction forces analyzed by a force plate were used for analisis. The structural characteristics of the sit-to-stand motion are incorporated into a three-dimensional graphical representation of human movement mechanics into sagital plahe. The axis of this sistem are knee, hip and ankle angle. These angles were observed among the rising from a chair phase. The results were trajectories in the space of knee, hip and ankle angle, which were statistical treated. Some predictions about diagnostic methods, watching trajectories are also given.
