Abstract		By analysing the motion of a laboratory mouse in a controlled environment one can study how different brain damages, different drugs and-or injuries affect the behaviour of a mouse. A computer vision method segments a scene, recognises the object of interest and determines its orientation. Data on the orientation are used to describe the motion of a mouse in the form of a histogram of left and right rotations.
