Abstract		The maintenance of organs donor in the ICU depends mostly to the proper selection of the donor with consideration of organs donor criteria and of proper and efficacious steps. Maintenance of stable circulation and oxygenation is most important, to prevent the tissue hypoperfusion and hypoxia of target organs, which in turn would provide a good function of those after the implantation.
Summary		Vzdrževanje dajalca organov na oddelku intenzivne terapije je odvisno od pravilne izbire dajalca ob upoštevanju kriterijev za določanje potencialnega dajalca organov, ter hitrih in učinkovitih ukrepov. Predvsem je pomembno vzdrževanje stabilne cirkulacije in oksigenacije zato, da se prepreči hipoperfuzija in hipoksija ciljnih organov, ker le tako lahko omogočimo dobro funkcijo organov po presaditvi.
