| Abstract | The essential condition for immediate function of newlytransplanted kidney is among others also the suitable preoperative evaluation of the patient and right anaesthetic management during operation. During the procedure the anaesthesiologist must adjust his actions to the phase of operation, what necessitates very close cooperation with the surgeon. | |
