Abstract		Up to this point there have been six heart transplantations successfully performed at the University Medical Centre Ljubljana. Anaesthesia, among other fields of the medical profession, played a very important role at performing these operations. The problems faced by the anaesthesist while experiences concerning the operation.
Summary		Do sedaj smo v Kliničnem centru opravili šest uspešnih presaditev srca. Med drugimi medicinskimi disciplinami je pri tem tudi anastezija odigrala pomembno vlogo. V članku je prikazana problematika presaditve srca iz anestezijskega zornega kota ter pozitivne izkušnje s tem.
