Abstract		The article discribes supplemental documentation and demonstrates the efficiency of respiratory physiotherapy in the frame of central intensive therapy. Respiratory physiotherapist accompanies the patient with two documentary forms all the time during the medical treatment in our department. Because we only started with this mode of working we still do not have objective results.
