Abstract     Implementation of safety culture in the nuclear and radiation facilities should be achieved by introduction of organisational, educational, fitness for duty and recruitment measures focused to the safety goal. Adequate level of nuclear and radiation safety should be achieved by changes in working procedures, level of knowledge, the way of communication and the level of individual working availability. These changes demand modifications of worker's attitudes and facility's policy to the safety and these changes lead to the implementation of safety culture.
