Abstract		The article describes the characteristics of team work with patients in the early period after stroke. The first part presents the cooperation among the therapists and the nursing team. The proceedings where both activities intertwine, are described in detail: the positioning of the patients in bed, the help with movement and the transfer of the skills learned in therapy into everyday life.
