Abstract		The care and therapy of the skin, which is mechanically, postoperativelly or permanently converted, is based on the primary dermatotherapeutical principles. The contemporary adjustment of therapeutic substances to the skin changes and use of hydrocolloid skin barriers provides prevention and therapy of the chronic skin injury. Suitable therapeutic substances offer natural skin protection, accerelate healing and make patient feeling more comfortable and safe.
Summary		Nega in zdravljenje mehanično, aktinično, operativno ali kronično bolezensko spremenjene kože temelji na načelih lokalnega dermatološkega zdravljenja. S sprotnim prilagajanjem učinkovin razvoja kožnih sprememb in z uporabo hidrokoloidnih podlog preprečimo in zdravimo kronične okvare kože. S pravilno izbiro učinkovin vzpostavimo naravno zaščito kože in pospešimo celjenje, hkrati pa imajo bolniki občutek varnosti in udobja.
