Abstract		The article presents the prototype of electronic data interchange over radio network at emergency medical services. Prototype include transmission data from ambulance to a hospital computer, receive data at hospital and automatic response, computer control of ambulance location. Advantage of prototype is fast messages, sorter transmission and direct external data bases access.
