Abstract | The aim of the present study was to examine the effect of a superimposed electrical stimulation during the maximal vooluntary concentric contraction at different angular velocities. Ten sucjects performed isokinetic knee extensions with the angular velocities of 30, 105, 165, and 240 deg*s-1. Results showed that a torque potentiation during the superimposed electrical stimulation may have a differential influence on a maximal torgue production at different angular velocities. | |
