Abstract		The purpose of this work is to modify the previously developed model of histamine kinetics in the sense of its better understanding, taking into account as many real mechanisms involved in this complex process as possible. The so called modelling and simulation approach was found to be very appropriate for the mentioned purposes, what was also confirmed through the results of the given concrete study which shows on some proposed mechanisms and indicates some others to be investigated in the future.
