Abstract		In each of three bioequivalence studies 28 healthy volunteers were administered the combination of amoxicillin/clavulanic acid in the form coated talbets of two strengths 500/125 and 250/125 mg and the form of an oral suspension. Plasma concentrations of both drugs were determined. For both, Test and Reference product the bioavailability of clavulanic acid was not influence neither by the dosage form nor by amoxicillin strength in the combination. Both, the dosage form and the dose of amoxicillin have an effect on its bioavailability regardless the products.
