| Abstract | The principle of laser-doppler flow meters is briefly described in this paper, as well as the advantages and shortcomings of assessing microcirculation with them. The possibilities of use of these flow meters in clinical practice is described, especially in assessing microangiopathy in diabetes and peripheral arterial occlusive disease. | |
| Summary | V prispevku je na kratko opisan princip delovanja laser-doplerskih merilcev pretoka ter prednosti in pomanjkljivosti ocenjevanja mikrocirkulacije z njimi. Opisane so tudi možnosti za praktično uporabo teh merilcev v klinični praksi, predvsem pri ocenjevanju mikroangiopatij pri sladkorni bolezni in pri periferni arterijski obstruktivni bolezni. | |
