Abstract		The process of triage is an integral part of emergency care. Classification of patients would be: patient with absent ventilation or cardiac arrest, emergent, urgent and nonurgent. First and second category require immediate therapeutic intervention. For setting of priorities nurse needs information abaut patient. The most important are complete patient vital signs. She can get those information from consisting documentation and patients' companions.
