Abstract     First contact with patient admited to out patient department for a sudden illness is achieved by nurse. Informations about the patient, her steps and vital status statement are very appreciated with further medical steps. We analysed activities done during five years in urological urgency. Patients were arranged into seven typical groups unrespect to admited basic diagnosis. Each typical group of patients has some common characteristics partialy by symptomatics and partialy by steps which had to be done owing to their conditions. Analysis of groups can give us more clear view into dynamic of certain groups of illnesses in some region, their numerical and age dependance. Nearly 75% of patients are arranged into three typical groups. Knowlege of steps which need to be done with tipical group enable nurse quicker more proffesional and also more self confidential contact with a patient. Her professional decisions can be easier, with less stressful situations and awereness of negative consequtions for herself and her patient. Analysis of tipical groups can be comparative between other regions in same state.
