| Abstract | The aim of the present study was to develop a sensitive, valid and reliable measure of patient satisfaction. Using qualitative methods, 42 patients were questionnaired both in hospital and following discharge. Almost all patients were satisfied with the nursing care, several felt they did not receive enough information, they missed introduction, and a lot of them were disaffected about to wait for. | |
