Everyday a significant number of people is present, patinets with hemophilia, i.v. drug abusers, patients with infectious diseases, suicides, homless people, unexpected, unplaned and other urgent situations, like reanimations, poisoning, GIT bleedings and people with unknown HIV status, which presents a new dimension in infectious diseases.
