Abstract		Medical personnel often risk their health for completing their mission. That counts especially for prehospital environment where is a great risk to get infected with infectious disease or to get injured. Workers in prehospital environment are exposed for possible traffic accidents related injuries, injuries caused by interventions in violent scenes, special interventions and air rescue operations. There is also a great risk to became a victim of psychological trauma during intervention in multiple casualty accidents etc.
