Abstract		In his article the author stresses the importance of a uniform professional education of the employees in the rescue service according to the program on the level of the state. This way of education would create a higher level in the entire system of giving the urgent medical aid. At the same time the reaction time would be reduced, which increases the possibility to survive. The rule that giving the urgent medical aid comes exclusively within the purview of a doctor, somehow does not belong to the present any more. In the continuation the author presents an outline scheme in the education of medical technicians in the rescue service.
