Abstract		The author broadly explains the conceptions: labour, health-illness, occupational disability, deontology and concludes with the statement that the basic aim of the medicine is to lenghten the human lives and to master the ilnesses which lead to premature death, to lessen the fear and and ease the death. The moral tries again and again to give the man the answer to the question of what is good. And the law tries to secure such interpersonal relations in the society in which a man could feel safe and happy.
