Abstract		Nowadaya a rare complication of otitis media cerebellar abscess is still a life threatening condition, which has to be early diagnosed and treated. Computer tomography diagnostics, radical mastoidectomy with the punction of the absscess, followed by appropriate antibiotic treatment according to an antibiogram have decreased the once very high mortality rate of otogenic cerebellar abscess. This paper reports on two cases of cerebellar abscess successfully trated at our clinic.
Summary		Absces malih možganov, danes že izredno redek zaplet vnetja srednjega ušesa, še vedno predstavlja resno bolezen, katere čimprejšnja diagnoza in takojšnje zdravljenje edino lahko rešita bolnikovo življenje. Računalniška tomografska diagnostika, radikalna mastoidektomija s punkcijo abscesa ob ustreznem antibiotičnem zdravljenju na podlagi antibiograma so zmanjšali nekoč zelo visoko smrtnost otogenih abscesov malih možganov. V članku sta prikazana dva primera abscesa malih možganov, uspešno ozdravljena na naši kliniki.
