Abstract     Neurolues with meningovascular and parenchymal form gives a similar clinical picture as other diseases of the cranial nerves, vascular disturbances and expansive intracranial tumors. In the decades following World War II the rate of first admissions of neurolues fell drastically. However, during the past decade, the number of early lues has increased so that one may logycally anticipate an late lues. In otorynolaryngology we must take lues into account while considering diseases of inner ear, VIII th cranial nerve and vestibular disturbances. A case of a 52-year-old female with neurolues is presented.
Summary     Nevrosifilis daje s svojo meningovaskularno in parenhimatozno obliko podobno klinično sliko kot druge okvare ali obolenja možganskih živcev, pretočne motnje in ekspanzivni procesi v osrednjem živčevju.
