Abstract		The paper deals with the analysis of the voice function in patients with laryngeal pathlogy who had undergone Nd:Yag contact laser surgery. The surgical technique is believed to be gentle and sparing not only structurally but also functionally. It was shown that the methods of function evaluation of phonation such as the vocal dynamic range, main tone testing, transient charecteristcs of speech tracing, spectrography and electroreolaryngography can serve as helpful tools in diagnostics and treatment follow-up.
Summary		Članek opisuje analizo glasovne funkcije pri bolnikih z bolezenskimi spremembami na grlu po Nd:YAG kontaktnem laserskem kirurškem posegu. Ta kirurška tehnika dobro ohranja zgradbo in delovanje tkiv. Dobri pripomočki v diagnostiki in ocenjevanju uspeha zdravljenja so metode funkcijske ocene fonacije, kot so dinamični razpon samoglasnikov, poglavitno tonsko preizkušanje, prehodne značilnosti govornega zapisa, spektrografija in elektroreolaringografija.
