Abstract | Most of the real processes are nonlinear and therefore they can't be solved analytically. This is the reason why modeling and simulation have become a major important method in design and analysis of dynamic systems. In this review modeling and simulation are presented, their role in drug design and three commonly used programme tools (SAAM II, Simulink and PCNONLIN). A step from theory to practice has been made with the example of phencyclidine pharmacokinetic analysis. | |
Summary | Modeliranje in simulacija sta postali pomembni metodi pri načrtovanju in analizi dinamičnih sistemov, saj je večina realnih procesov nelinearnih in zato analitično nerešljivih. Ta pregled predstavlja modeliranje in simulacijo, njuno vlogo pri načrtovanju zdravil ter tri pogosto uporabljena programska orodja (SAAMI II, Simulink in PCNONLIN). Korak iz teorije v prakso pa je primer analize farmakokinetike fenciklidina. | |
