| Abstract | Author has decided to develop a project which will be usable in practice and in this own institution. Set aims often reach only as far as indicated strategues which are not elaborated into detailed projects. The purpose of the project is to demonstrate adequate sequence when we wish to obtained aims through concrete projects. First, author's own public institution Health Centre of Aealec is presented with organizational structure and the extent of work performed in the last year. Author ascertains that the strategic position of such an institution can onlz ensure mere survival. The hzpothesis of this project is that more can be achieved only by rearrangement of certain activities towards the project way of leadership. Further he presents strategic development domains of Slovenian health sector from the viewpoint of institution and strategic problems of community development. The vision is also interpreted in a double way - as vision of Slovenian health sector and as a vision of public institution linked to the former. Factors influencing the development strategy of institution are enumerated and followed by the presentation of global strategy of institution with the emphasis on three domains. The realiyation of this strategy is demonstrated through strategies of business units and strategic development domains. In all the mentioned strategies concrete projects are described - for each domain five projects with aims and indicated phases of these projects are presented. A detailed explanation and elaboration of individual phases is a further degree which is beyond this project and is the base for further practical implementation of indicated tasks in the institution. | |
