Abstract		Clinical characteristics of yersiniosis, diagnostic procedure and therapy are presented. A two-months-old boy with haemorrhagic enterocolitis due to Yersinia enterocolitical is presented. After an etiological diagnosis was obtained, he was treated with specific antibacterial therapy due ti severe ckubucak cizrse, The sera were free of , IgM and IgG antibody against .E. after therapy.
